Many probably remember how in the first half of the nineties of the last century, there was an information breakthrough.

Newspapers and magazines were filled with useful and useless articles on psychology, housekeeping, previously banned publications on sexual relations, and numerous tips for a healthy lifestyle and getting rid of any disease.

Moreover, the advice was met and controversial, and unverified, and not confirmed by science.

Somehow, a stack of photocopies with recipes for cleansing the body was brought to our work, with the help of which it was possible to clean absolutely all organs exclusively with “folk” means.

Almost all the employees, inspired by the available ways of acquiring health, reprinted the “panacea for all diseases” for themselves, of course, I also joined the general health improvement.

Now I understand, it’s good that I didn’t dare to try these recipes on myself. After all, they were not accompanied by any warnings about possible side effects and contraindications, and I still periodically meet some of them, but already annotated differently. For example, the famous liver cleanse with oil and lemon juice is very dangerous and stressful for the body. And if there are stones in the body, then even an ambulance may not be in time. That would be clean...

As time passed, the published methods of cleansing the body and promoting health became more and more civilized, and I was able to try some of them on myself without fear. I liked something, something didn’t fit, but for two of them: about cleansing with rice and about activated charcoal for cleansing the body, I will leave feedback.

We all know for ourselves how important cleanliness is in our lives, we feel comfortable in a clean apartment, we breathe clean air wonderfully, and the body also feels good when it is not slagged and cleaned.

We know firsthand what modern ecology is like, we know how wrong we eat, how much we take medicines, accumulating harmful substances in the body. For these reasons, cleansing of the body is recommended for all people who have reached the beautiful thirty years of age. Until that time, it should be carried out only according to indications.

This product has been known since time immemorial, even then our ancestors cleansed the body with its help, although in those days coal did not have such a high absorption capacity as modern one.

Usually activated carbon is made from organic materials containing carbon: coal, coconut shell, wood.

How activated charcoal works

The surface of coal consists of a huge number of pores, due to which it is an excellent adsorbent, attracting and holding various substances on its surface. Moreover, it is capable of adsorbing a huge amount of harmful substances, but at the same time, passing through the gastrointestinal tract, coal does not irritate the mucous membrane, is not absorbed by the body and is not metabolized (not digested).

I don’t really like a dry enumeration of medical terms and indications, but this is indispensable. So, activated charcoal is a remedy that can be used by people of any age, and it will also benefit animals and plants.

It is effective for bloating, flatulence and colic. Helps with heartburn and nausea.

Thanks to its porous structure, it absorbs and retains unpleasant odors. That is, taking activated charcoal will help make your breath fresher, since bad breath is often caused by the presence of toxins in the intestines.

Well, the main point, because of which I periodically drink it - coal helps to improve and refresh the complexion, and also eliminates acne and blackheads, which is a consequence of the slagging of the body. After all, skin problems directly depend on the problems of the intestines and stomach.

How to take

We calculate the dosage of activated charcoal based on body weight: for every 10 kg of weight, there should be 1 tablet of the drug. The maximum dose is 8 grams. That is, if you weigh 52 kilograms - take 5 tablets at a time, if 58 - 6 tablets. And if 55? I would drink 5 ????

How to use coal for beauty and health. To do this, take the calculated dose in the morning 15-30 minutes before meals. Tablets should be crushed before taking.

We drink a portion of the adsorbent with a large amount, because its intake slows down intestinal motility and can lead to constipation and dehydration.

If you are cleansing your body for the first time, then you can start drinking charcoal in a course: 1 week of intake, 2 weeks off, 1 week of intake. In all subsequent receptions, you should not take coal for more than 4 days. According to doctors, in three days of use, all harmful substances are removed from the body, and in the following days, the tablets begin to remove useful substances.

Very often I meet advice to take absorbent drugs for 3-4 weeks. This is too long a period, and without a doctor's prescription, you should not take it for so long. Long-term use can have the opposite effect - cause toxic poisoning, which is expressed in nausea and vomiting. Also, with prolonged use, it is possible to provoke a change in the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract.

There are no absolutely safe means, and even harmless products, and even that does not happen. This also applies to activated charcoal, despite the fact that it is a natural and rather harmless remedy, nevertheless we should not forget about its possible danger.

If you have problems with the kidneys, liver or gastrointestinal tract, then consulting a doctor before taking it is required. Charcoal intake is not recommended for pregnant women and nursing mothers, as relevant studies have not been conducted.

Activated charcoal does not distinguish between harmful and beneficial substances in the body, thereby depriving it of valuable nutrients and reducing the body's absorption of nutrients from food. Therefore, after a course of cleansing (I mean a long one), it is necessary to drink a vitamin complex and be sure to include in the diet a large amount of fermented milk products containing live bacteria.

Remember that due to the absorbent nature of activated charcoal, it should not be taken simultaneously with other drugs, as their action will be useless. If you still take it in parallel, then try to use them after taking the sorbent and not earlier than after 2 hours.

Now white charcoal has appeared on sale, which works in the same way as black charcoal, but does not give side effects, has better adsorption properties, removes only harmful substances from the body, and, as they say, is more palatable, and besides, it should be taken in smaller quantities. quantities.

I’ll make a reservation right away, the method is not for the lazy, especially in comparison with charcoal purification ???? But if I was able to master it from beginning to end, not suffering from special organization and consistency, then I can say that this is quite real.

Cleaning with rice has no contraindications. The exception is pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under 12 years old, in general, as usual.

What I want to draw your attention to is that there is no scientific confirmation of the benefits of cleansing with rice. But I found out about this when it was already too late ???? , the technique was successfully tried by me and my relatives.

Moreover, I met reviews of doctors who recognize rice cleansing as another fiction that does not carry any result. I quote: “You will get much more benefit, and much better cleanse your body, if for a month you just eat every day not a portion of “special” rice, but a large apple or a bowl of fruit salad.”

Since rice cleansing has been tried on me, on my sister and on my mother, I can tell you for sure that it cleans much more effectively than apples or fruit salad.

Benefits of cleansing with rice

The invisible benefits brought by rice: being a natural adsorbent, rice is endowed with astringent and enveloping properties, so it will easily and efficiently cleanse your body. In addition, general well-being improves, the body is rejuvenated, skin problems disappear, swelling decreases, the intestines are cleared of excess mucus, putrefactive bacteria and old feces, heavy metals are removed from the body and salts from the joints and urinary tract.

What was noticeable during cleansing with rice: it refreshed the complexion, gave a feeling of lightness to the whole body, helped to normalize weight (buns, as expected, were not eaten at night). Moreover, the result of cleansing with my sister was so impressive that I will even highlight this phrase in a different color so that you do not miss it.

Her warts completely disappeared from her hands, which she had tried to remove for a long time and unsuccessfully using a variety of methods (celandine, onion in vinegar, cauterization, bandaging with a red thread ... the rest of the methods were forgotten by prescription).

Since then, about ten years have passed, but the warts no longer appear. If you are wondering “how to remove warts on the hands” (I won’t say for other parts of the face and body, but it should also work for sure), be sure to try this method, there is no harm, and the cosmetic effect is obvious.

For cleaning, it is better to take whole brown rice, but it is not always on sale and not everywhere, so you can use ordinary rice, but not oblong, but rounded. I cleansed the body quite a long time ago, when the stores did not suspect the existence of rice of different colors and varieties, and there was only one type on sale - “just rice”.

There are several ways to cook rice for cleaning, I will write, of course, the one that we used. There is also a “five cans” method, which you can easily find on the Internet if you wish.

Cooking technique

Soak 3 tablespoons of rice in a half-liter jar of water overnight. In the morning, drain the water, put the rice in a saucepan, add new water to cover the rice and boil for 1 to 5 minutes. Drain the water, rinse the rice, pour new water, put on fire and bring to a boil, drain. So do it 4 times, for the 5th time, cook the rice until cooked, although during the four-fold boiling it becomes almost ready. Do not add salt and sugar. We eat instead of breakfast.

Now it is necessary to observe an important condition, after the rice has been eaten - for four hours you can neither eat nor drink anything. After four hours, it is better to drink a glass of water, and then eat as usual.

Such purification should be carried out within 21 days. I read recommendations about the need to eat rice for at least 30 days, since on the 30th day the joints and the genitourinary system begin to be freed from salts and toxins. Therefore, if you can hold out on such breakfasts for a month, it will also be good.

More importantly, when cleaning with rice, not only “extra” salts are removed, but also “necessary” potassium salts. To replenish them, during the day, we include foods that have a high content of potassium in our diet: dried apricots, raisins, figs, potatoes (preferably baked), cheese. We take vitamin complexes with a high content of potassium or potassium preparations, for example, potassium orotate.

That's all I wanted to tell you about cleansing with rice and about activated charcoal for cleansing the body, my feedback on these methods is very positive. Of course, they are not the only ones, just the most suitable for me. Of the others, I have tried salt water cleansing, but even with my fairly tolerant attitude towards unpleasant tastes, I gave up on the first glass.
