After completing all the previous episodes and finding 4 artifacts, you should return to the gate in the Forsaken City. Talk to Pythagoras again to find out the history of the family.

Chat with Pythagoras again - he will give you the legendary staff of Hermes. Then click on the button to seal Atlantis.
