Tanks rumbled on the field, cars went into the last battle ...

The Americans have only two WoT servers. East and West. If you decide to drive the Pindos on their own territory, keep in mind that you can’t drag your tanks there. The account will be clean, like a baby's bottom after bathing. Will have to start from scratch. But did it ever stop Hipo and me?

Ping is always 120-127. Below was not. But it plays fine.

First impression. They play differently. There are no obvious blunders, but there are no breakthrough options that turn the battle around. Average. As Hipo put it: "Closer to semolina." For comparison. I am an average player. A crew pumped for 3-4 perks, a top tank with optics-mesh-rammer-fan (equipment depending on the type of tank, the stump is clear). Level 1100, plus or minus. And at least die, on our servers I can’t get out more than 53 percent of victories. On Amer’s, with a never pumped crew, without a single additional equipment, 0 to fights and 57 percent of victories without straining.

Ours are angrier, more emotional, they like to rush into battle - checkers on the bare and forward. They sit in the bushes, crawl carefully and talk more on business, in regular teams. Our offend everyone and everything. These swears are boring and few. Idiot, moron. It took eight fights before someone wrote "fuck".

In the chat, in addition to English, phrases in Spanish pop up. Periodically in our direction. HipoGato, ChimeraGato. Spanish and Portuguese differ little, so they confuse us.

Amers use a lot of abbreviations in negotiations.
hf - have fun - standard wish to enjoy the game

GL (English good luck) good luck!

GJ - Good Job
GF - Good Fight
At the end of the fight politely say goodbye: GG (good game)

Who can guess what WTF is?

We remain on premium FSM against five enemy tanks. We begin to carefully chop them one by one into noodles: into pincers, quickly disassembled and on the other flank - to bite another one alone. Tanks are fast. Maneuvering is easy and pleasant. We finish off the last enemy, the phrase comes from the other side: "Are you two relatives?"

A German has appeared in the game. His phrase rumbled through the English text like Belaz through the Cossack column: "Ich verstehe dich nicht!" Hipo chuckled and beat off the answer in Russian: "Dude! We don't understand you either!"

In battles, we are periodically asked if we have a second account. After another fight, some Pindos sent me a message through a private channel that he suspects that I have a second account, so he will complain to the administration. And for some reason added me to ignore. Was he afraid that I would answer? It is, in general, a mystery. How will he complain if there is no “second account” complaint in the standard set? And what exactly is crime? Why can't I open a second account?

I remain alone. Our team is no more. Enemies rush in a crowd. I'm on a cliff, over the sea. There is nowhere to retreat. "Ours" shout: "sink", the enemies protest: "No!" They are sorry to miss the frag. I spin like a top and plant in response even without information. Do not survive, so at least inflict homework! And they joyfully squeal: from "surrender" to "drown" Oru: "Hipo! Write them FUCK!" Hipo cuts into the chat: "Russians don't give up!"

There are not so many American tanks in World of Tanks, for example, German or Soviet vehicles

Heavy tanks

So, let's start with the heavy tanks branch. The fifth and sixth levels are T1 Heavy And M6, which are, in general, passing machines. Still, you can’t call them bad, but they are not outstanding either. They are distinguished by good mobility, high silhouette, mediocre armor for their class, and fast-firing guns. The one-time damage of T1 is only 115 units, which forces you to constantly maintain fire contact with the enemy. In general, these are classic support vehicles, where you have to stay somewhere on the second line and not go too far ahead.

T29, which is at the seventh level, is fundamentally different from them. It has an almost impenetrable tower, which can simply tank out a huge amount of damage. And good vertical aiming angles (-10 and +15) allow you to successfully use the hills. Behind some hillock, you can easily hold back superior enemy forces, unless you are covered by artillery. The gun is also pleasing with penetration by a conventional projectile of 198 mm and one-time damage of 320 units. You have to pay for such advantages with poor mobility, large size and a cardboard case, which breaks through the enemy without any problems.

At the eighth level is T32, which inherited a gun from its predecessor, good vertical aiming angles and an impenetrable forehead of the tower. Although Tier 10 Tank Destroyers can pierce the T32 directly into the mask, he rarely encounters them. Penetration of 198 mm is already frankly not enough for the eighth level. It is also worth noting the vulnerable surveillance devices (in the T29 they are located in the back of the tower, they are more difficult to target), which are fired at by experienced opponents. Significantly, when compared with its predecessor, the dynamics have improved. T32 accelerates well, but, unfortunately, it loses a lot of speed from turns. On soft soils, the dynamics deteriorates very much, its cross-country performance is one of the lowest.

M103, about which the players respond quite contradictory. Some praise it for good dynamics (15 hp per ton) and a penetrating gun (258 mm penetration with a conventional projectile and 340 mm HEAT), others scold it for low one-time damage (400 units) and rather weak armor for its class. Firstly, the thickness of the sides is only 45 mm, so it is better not to use a rhombus. Secondly, although there are strong places in the forehead (the gun mantlet, most of the upper frontal part), there are also places that literally make their way through everything (the lower frontal part, large observation devices). The “cheeks” of the turret penetrate well, many tank destroyers sew the M103 directly into the upper frontal part (the area directly under the turret is especially vulnerable). You can play it “from armor”, but for this you need to constantly move and make it difficult for the enemy to aim.

Finally, the crown of the branch is Т110Е5, which is in many ways similar to the M103. It has the same gun (of course, with increased rate of fire and aiming speed), similar dynamics. Booking is better, but it is also greatly spoiled by large surveillance devices that everyone makes their way through. One of the notable advantages of the T110E5 is its small size for its class. Combined with good dynamics, this allows you to avoid many shots. Some players consider it almost the best heavy tank of the tenth level, but, perhaps, it will suit only experienced players. Still, weak armor can make playing it simply unbearable for a beginner.

Т110Е5

medium tanks

The branch of medium tanks is not very popular. For example, the M48A1, which is at level ten, is perhaps one of the worst medium tanks: its large size and cardboard armor make the game very difficult. Nevertheless, there are decent cars in the branch (there are even most of them), but first things first. We will not consider the second and third levels, since they are completed in just a few fights. And on the fourth is the infamous M3 Lee, it does not have a turret, but it does have surveillance devices that will stick out from behind a small mound if you hide the hull. This is not to say that the tank was unbalanced: for example, it has a good gun with high one-time damage and acceptable damage per minute. But for beginners, the lack of a tower is a serious disadvantage.

At the fifth level is M4. It does not have a high maximum speed (48 km / h), it actually has no armor, and its accuracy leaves much to be desired (0.43). But the gun is fast-firing and very penetrating for its level, and it drops by as much as 12 degrees! From level 5 you will start to get acquainted with the concept of American medium tanks: mediocre dynamics and weak armor are compensated by good vertical aiming angles and excellent visibility.

At the sixth level there are two medium tanks at once: M4A3E8 And M4A3E2. Their guns are identical, but the armor is radically different. M4A3E8 is a continuation of M4, that is, it is actually devoid of armor, while M4A3E2 is the complete opposite in this respect: it has 100 mm in the front of the hull at a good slope, the tower is even thicker (150 mm). This allows you to confidently tank most of the same level tanks. But, of course, you have to sacrifice dynamics, the M4A3E2 is in many ways similar to a heavy tank.

Unfortunately, M4A3E2 did not receive further continuation in the game, it is at the seventh level T20, which is distinguished by the almost complete absence of armor. Its dynamics, unfortunately, cannot be called outstanding either. This is compensated by good vertical aiming angles, a view of 390 meters and a powerful gun with a normal shell penetration of 160 mm and one-time damage of 240 units. Gold sub-caliber pierces in general 243 mm, which allows you to hit most tanks, even the ninth level, directly in the forehead.

At the eighth level is M26 Pershing. The one-time damage also remained at 240 units, but penetration by a conventional projectile increased to 180 mm (a sub-caliber projectile penetrates 268 mm in general). Good vertical aiming angles remained unchanged, both damage per minute and size increased. What compensates for the latter? Pershing has an extremely strong gun mask, which is often not penetrated even by T-54 cumulatives. Unfortunately, the rest of the forehead of the tower does not hold a blow at all.

M26 Pershing

Located on the ninth level M46 Patton. Don't be fooled by the name, he looks a lot like Pershing. Unfortunately, the gun mantlet has become noticeably smaller, so it's much easier to hit a Patton in the front of the turret than a lower level tank. But the one-time damage increased to 390 units, while the damage per minute remained quite decent. M46 Patton got a good upgrade in patch 9.2: they added accuracy (it used to be 0.42 in general, now it has improved to 0.4). It turned out to be a good tank that can both deal damage from a distance and show good results in close combat.

M46 Patton

But with the tenth level, everything is noticeably worse. М48А1 differs simply by its huge dimensions for a medium tank, while the only really strong place is the gun mantlet. But it’s rare to tank with it, since everyone immediately aims surveillance devices, which everyone calls a “cap” because of their shape. Wide tracks sometimes make it possible to tank well with a reverse diamond, but this is where the advantages of the M48A1 actually end. But when it was introduced, this vehicle was a real imba, largely due to the excellent stabilization of the gun, but several nerfs did their job, now the M48A1 is significantly inferior to Soviet medium tanks in this parameter.

tank destroyer

The American nation has two branches of tank destroyers (separation occurs at the fourth level). But these are not all surprises: many machines have a tower! Although it rotates slowly and often not 360 degrees. But first, let's talk about T18, which is only at the second level. This is a generally recognized imba of its level, which, firstly, has excellent frontal armor, and secondly, good dynamics for a tank destroyer. But its biggest advantage is the choice of two magnificent guns, you can put a "fugaska", which often sends opponents to the hangar with one hit, and a rapid-fire "hole puncher" that pierces almost any enemy at any point.

On the third level there is a completely passing car, and on the fourth there is a division into two branches. T40 is a strong middle peasant, but М8А1 tower appears. This machine also has excellent dynamics from a light tank, which allows you to change position extremely quickly. You have to pay for this with the almost complete absence of armor. The logical continuation is T49: excellent dynamics, miniature dimensions, turret rotating 360 degrees, completely cardboard armor. A land mine can easily be sent to the hangar with one hit. The T49 is one of the best vehicles at tier 5, but only if you know how to play disguise. Unfortunately, the accuracy of the gun does not allow it to effectively hit targets from long distances, but this is not necessary for the T49. In another branch at the fifth level is M10 Wolverine. In general, this is a good car (the M10 also has a turret and some armor in the forehead), but it loses to the T49 in all respects. In modern gaming realities, good dynamics allows you to show better results than good armor.

The same can be said about the sixth level. After T49 here is M18 Hellcat, one of the most iconic machines of the sixth level. She has no armor (in the forehead of the hull, for example, only 13 mm!), But the mask is able to withstand a blow well. The dynamics are just great, as is the weapon, which is similar to the one on the T20. Only on the M18 it is also reduced faster, although the stabilization is noticeably worse. The M36 is located in another branch. Its dynamics are noticeably worse compared to the M18, but in the forehead of the case there are 114 mm. But here the situation is the same as at the fifth level: armor rarely saves, but the lack of dynamics is a critical drawback in most fights.

But at the seventh level, everything changes. The continuation of M18 is T25/2(“T25 in half”), penetration by a conventional projectile of this tank destroyer is only 10 mm more than that of the sixth level (170 mm). The dynamics are noticeably worse, but the 360-degree rotating tower has not gone away. But the analogue from another branch of the T25 AT is noticeably better. In general, this is a fairly standard tank destroyer without a turret. The armor leaves much to be desired, but it pleases with a powerful gun, a normal projectile of which penetrates an average of 198 mm and deals 320 damage.

At the eighth level, the concept of American tank destroyers completely changes. If earlier they were mostly fast vehicles with either weak armor, or with the actual absence of it, then from the eighth level there are real assault tank destroyers, which in some situations can tank well. After T25 AT goes T28: a slow and clumsy vehicle without a turret, but there is good armor in the forehead, which allows you to often beat off shells of the same level tanks. One-time damage is 400 units, which is not enough for a vehicle of the eighth level, but it pleases with high damage per minute (2600 units). The convergence is very fast (2.1 seconds), although the accuracy of 0.38 is not enough in long-range firefights.

An analogue from another branch is T28 Prototype, which is equipped with a tower. It does not rotate 360 degrees, but the angle of rotation is enough to shoot from around the corner. This tank destroyer has 203 mm in the forehead at a mediocre slope, so you can tank tanks of your level well. Unfortunately, the "cheeks" of the tower easily break through, the sides are extremely vulnerable. The T28 Prototype is a good combination of heavy tank and tank destroyer. If you are at the top of the list, then sometimes you can even lead the attack, but if you are thrown to the ninth and tenth levels, then you should play the role of a classic tank destroyer. Penetration with a conventional 248 mm projectile is enough to defeat almost any enemy. In general, American tier eight tank destroyers, although they are assault vehicles, also have a low silhouette, which means a high stealth coefficient.

T28 Prototype

At the ninth level after T28 is the infamous T95. There is as much as 300 mm in the forehead of this car, even the sides hold a blow well, but you have to pay for it just with a terribly low speed (13 km / h). Unfortunately, surveillance devices are easily penetrated, so a thick forehead is worth little in close combat. Although in firefights at medium distances, the T95 is capable of repelling most shells even from vehicles of the tenth level. An analogue from another branch is the T30, which has a turret with full rotation and a strong forehead (like the heavy tanks of this nation). Unfortunately, all other zones break through without any problems. Another disadvantage of the T30 is the long convergence and poor stabilization on the move. The one-time damage of both vehicles is 750 units when pierced by a conventional projectile of 276 mm.

At the tenth level after T95 comes T110E3. In many ways, this is an underestimated machine, which most players simply don’t get to because of the T28 and T95. T110E3 has a simply impenetrable forehead. If the T95 has vulnerable surveillance devices (and there are several of them), then the “cap” of a vehicle of the tenth level has a front thickness of 300 mm. Most tanks, even with premium shells, have difficulty penetrating the lower frontal part, to say nothing about the wheelhouse of the T110E3. This tank destroyer allows you to push through the flanks, but you need to make sure that no one comes in from the flank, as the sides can easily break through even low-level vehicles.

T110E3

T110E4, the top tank destroyer of another branch, has a turret with partial rotation (90 degrees in each direction), but you have to pay for this with weakened armor compared to the T110E3. Vulnerable are observation devices, and the lower frontal part, and even the "cheeks" of the tower, which are not covered by the gun mask. The T110E4 resembles a heavy tank to many, at least the presence of a turret greatly simplifies firefights from behind cover.

T110E4

Light tanks

Special mention should be made of Chaffee (M24 Chaffee), which is a Tier 5 light tank. As we said at the beginning, this is a "relic" of a bygone era, when three light vehicles of the fifth level were the top fireflies. But the T-50-2 was removed due to excessive "motorcycling" (as one of the developers put it), the Leopard was noticeably nerfed and raised to a higher level. And Chaffee remained unchanged: 400 meters of visibility, not the best dynamics for its class and simply excellent stabilization on the go. Only some medium tanks of the tenth level have such stabilization! You can hit the enemy on the move from 100 meters without any problems. Of course, the gun of a light tank is, to put it mildly, not the most powerful (an ordinary shell penetrates an average of 137 mm of armor and deals 115 damage), but it is fast-firing. In battles with vehicles from the fifth to the seventh level, Chaffee is able to show simply amazing results, many players have the maximum result on him in terms of the experience gained during the battle.

M24 Chaffee

branch ACS we will not describe in detail, because the gameplay on this class of vehicles is not very different at all, if we consider different nations. It is only worth noting that American self-propelled guns for the most part represent the “golden mean” in terms of accuracy, aiming speed, rate of fire and one-time damage. Strongly knocked out only T92, which is at the tenth level. Its gun has a huge dispersion (0.92!), but a one-time HE damage of 2250 units when penetrating 120 mm with a direct hit very often sends it to the hangar. But, unfortunately, for one such hit there are several misses, but even covering with a splash often removes 500-700 HP from weakly armored targets.

Finally, we got to the drum branch, which was introduced relatively recently, although newcomers to World of Tanks did not catch this moment. This is a rather strange thread. At the fourth level is M5 Stuart, from which, by the way, Chaffee opens. The M5 is a good Tier 4 Firefly that you can put a Landmine on. Against weakly armored opponents of the fourth and fifth level, it works just fine.

Next (fifth level) goes M7, which is a medium tank. This car is often called "cactus" due to poor accuracy (0.43) and a complete lack of armor. Moreover, the ammo rack is located in front, so when it is penetrated in the forehead, it will often be damaged. But the M7 has a good rate of fire and just great maneuverability. On this tank it is a pleasure to twist clumsy opponents and shoot them into vulnerable sides. But it can be difficult to do this, so the tank, in general, is not in vain considered a “cactus”. It needs a special approach.

At the sixth level is T21, which is a light tank. That is, first in the branch there is a light car (M5), then a medium one (M7), and then again a light one. It can not be called logical, but nothing can be done. The T21 is a lighter version of the T20, which is in the medium tank branch. The T21 has better dynamics, but worse armor (although the T20 actually doesn’t have it) and a gun. Perhaps the main drawback of the T21 is still its dynamics: against the background of the T20, of course, it goes noticeably faster, but it falls short of other light tanks.

Finally, at the seventh level T71 drum appears. In general, the appearance of drum Americans made some French tanks simply unnecessary, and this fully applies to the T71. It is better than the French tank in dynamics and visibility (400 meters). The drum holds six shells with a penetration of 175 mm for a sub-caliber (it is the base one for the T71) and a one-time damage of 150 units. Thus, the damage from the drum is 900 units. The light Frenchman is better only in size, but this cannot be called a decisive advantage.

Next comes T69, who at one time was a real level eight imba. At that time, his cumulative shells pierced 300 mm, and this was even before the change in the mechanics of their action (they did not work on the screens). Now the T69 is a well-balanced machine. The top gun can penetrate 173 mm with a regular projectile (this is the lowest rate among medium tanks of this tier), but it is equipped with a 4-round loading drum. One-time damage is 240 units, so the damage from the entire reel is 960 units. HEAT shells penetrate 250 mm, but do not forget that any screen reduces their effectiveness to almost zero. It is worth noting the rather fast reload of the drum (27 seconds) and the short time between shots inside the drum (2 seconds), so four shots can be fired in 6 seconds, which is almost 1000 damage.

At the ninth level is a medium tank Т54Е1, which is a logical continuation of T69. Penetration by an ordinary projectile has grown to 210 mm, but for the ninth level this is frankly not enough. The increase in one-time damage to 390 units is much more noticeable. Instead of HEAT shells, sub-caliber shells with a penetration of 255 mm are now available. The cooldown inside the drum is still 2 seconds, which is a big advantage. The T54E1 is a tier 9 medium tank that can deal almost 1600 damage in 6 seconds.

Hello fellow tankers! Today we will consider the American tank development branch (in the game), or rather, I will describe to you all its pros and cons in as much detail as possible from my point of view and, perhaps, help you decide on the choice of a nation.

The popularity of US tanks in World of Tanks

American tanks- sounds serious. They are no less serious in combat. It's not for nothing that this technique is so loved and respected in the game. The most popular premium tanks in the game are American. The most powerful artillery in the game is American, etc. But in life, US tanks had and have the best reputation in the world, so to speak. Many experienced players like to ride American vehicles. And just fans often play on it for fun. US tanks are considered the most "convenient" tanks in the game.

Advantages and disadvantages of American tanks

  • From pluses most equipment is worth noting armor. Many American tanks have strong frontal armor, and especially turret armor. An example is tanks such as t29, t32, t34, Gus and many others. Cannons can also be attributed to the pluses, although they do not shine with anything special, unlike the Germans, the French, or even the Soviets. They are easy to use, well balanced, and the only downsides can be considered speed and dispersion. Good visibility and the speed of many cars are also pluses.
  • minus The Americans is armored corps. In many machines, it suffers greatly, especially those that have good guns. The same t29, t30, t34 and many, even top-end tanks, easily penetrate the frontal armor. But the Americans also have tanks with excellent armor and guns.
Speed cannot be attributed to either pluses or minuses, because. Different branches have different speeds.

General

Technology is divided into 4 initial branches of development WoT: tank destroyers (up to t82), medium tanks (up to M3 Lee), light tanks (up to M5 Stuard) and self-propelled guns (artillery).

fri-sau

American anti-tank installations famous for their guns, and some for their legendary armor. You can get a lot of pleasure from their penetration and damage at any level of battles. On t82, the development tree is divided into two branches: up to T110E4 and up to T110E3. The path to T110E4 lies through tank destroyers with guns that have high damage, but low armor. And tank destroyers up to T110E3 have both good damage / penetration and excellent frontal armor (an example is the T95, about the armor and speed of which you can see a lot of memes and jokes). In general, we can say about them that they are pleasant to play and they can decide the outcome of the battle. The only negative is the armor and speed (each branch has its own), and the guns are the best on the level. The most popular vehicles in this area of technology are the M18 Hellcat, T30, T95 and ten-level tank destroyers.

medium tanks

US medium tanks start immediately from the second level and have good armor, but too large dimensions. The branch goes to the M3 Lee (a tank unloved by many, due to the lack of a turret and a huge silhouette, although it is quite well armored and has a good quick-firing gun). Then there is a branch to heavy tanks (up to T110E5, going through the most popular tanks such as t29, t32), and medium tanks (starting with the M4 Sherman, which has the famous high explosive (which is very popular at this level, especially with premium shells), and passing through the medium tanks M4A3E2 and M4A3E8, which are impenetrable in the forehead (although it is more corton), and reaching the weakly armored, but mobile T20, pershing and ending with the rather popular Pattons). From US medium tanks there is access to heavy tanks.

Light tanks

US light tanks start with M2 Light and end with M5 Stuard, after which there is a fork to M24 Chaffee and . Chaffee is a dead end branch of development. After the M7 medium tank, there are relatively new and interesting tanks t21, t71, t69 (having a huge penetration of 300 mm with a premium projectile for its level), t54e1 and the most popular tank in the game today Т57 Heavy. Starting from t71, all tanks of this branch have a drum loading mechanism. The most interesting thing about US light tanks at the initial levels is that they have penetrating guns, excellent speed, excellent armor, but all this is compensated by a little maneuverability.

ACS

Artillery - the gods of war. No wonder they are so nicknamed, because a skilled gunner can crush all enemy tanks under him and keeps all enemies at bay. Self-propelled guns fire on a hinged trajectory from a howitzer aiming mode at long distances. The advantages of American artillery in huge damage. Otherwise, they are rather inaccurate, have a low projectile speed and a large dispersion. The T92 is considered the most powerful artillery in the game, and even heavily armored tanks like the Maus are afraid to hit it.

Outcome

Summing up, we can say that American tanks are good, comfortable and attractive for beginners. They forgive the mistakes of inexperienced players, thanks to their armor and one-time damage. They are interesting to play and alone you can hold back the direction. The biggest disadvantages are only in mixing and spreading. Otherwise, they may well be a good competitor to any nation. It is recommended to download American tanks for beginners in order to understand the mechanics of the game and learn how to play more or less well. When pumping this nation, it is worth remembering that high-speed vehicles do not have armor, and armored ones do not have speed. Premium equipment is a separate topic for description.

I have been playing the world of tanks for a long time since 2011, but not often. Somehow I happened to calculate that in 2012 I played only 2k fights, which is not enough for such a period of time, many people play 20k a year. Well, for the last 4 months I didn’t even go into the game, but a couple of weeks ago I somehow wanted to go back to play. By the way, over these months, I began to think more and more about moving to another country, to some damned capitalist country and away from shit. MB boiled, MB seasonal, I don't know. After several battles on the RU servers of the world of tanks, I left the game. The thicket of patience of this stupid cattle and shkoloty was filled. And then I thought about switching to American servers and finding out how the Americans (and not only) play there, and I will see English more (by the way, in vk, the language has changed to English for a long time).

So, the last couple of weeks I've been playing only on North American servers and only in random game mode (this is when players randomly gather, divide into 2 teams and fight on some map). I have a very positive impression of playing them! This is a completely different, more interesting game. On the technical side, everything is the same, only in a different language, but the process of the game itself, the gameplay, can be said to be completely opposite, and communication, although in English, is understandable and generally friendly. I want to highlight a few points:

  • If you wish everyone good luck in a general chat on RU servers, then you can often hear some insults addressed to you, even playful ones, like: “We will make you”, but still somehow not very friendly. If you wish everyone good luck on NA servers, then they will answer you the same. I didn't even understand what it meant at first. gl, wrote in general: gl? And they immediately answered me Good Luck. There was no “go ask the abyss” or something like that. Those. NA players understand that this is just a game.
  • Tactics and battle time on NA servers are different. For those who don't know, 1 fight can last up to 15:00 minutes. On RU servers, battles last an average of 5-7 minutes. On NA servers, battles even at the most basic levels (again, on average, according to sensations) last 10-15 minutes. There is often a draw when time runs out.
  • The interaction of players in the game is fundamentally different. On NA servers, people constantly interact with each other, keep in groups of 3,4,5 tanks, press or keep the direction, and these tanks are not necessarily together in a platoon (in a group, maximum 3) with voice communication. The connection itself is mainly maintained through the so-called quick commands, such as: I understood you, negatively, Attack, support with fire, back, stop, etc.
  • Like on RU servers, people also play on NA servers, only with a different mindset. Although despite this, there are still insults on NA, but not so often, not in every second fight. In 2 weeks I saw it seems 2, and 1 time the word fuck.
  • Strangely, on NA servers, a scout is called a scout. I did not see any fireflies in the chat. I remember on RU servers when I just started playing some in-game terms were unknown to me. For example, the names of tanks, all sorts of cool guns, and so on. Although I'm sure that NA servers at higher levels probably have their own "fireflies".
  • During the battle, if you destroyed someone's tank, no one will write bad words to you.
  • I met Russian speakers on NA servers, and now I know that Americans do not like incomprehensible characters (Cyrillic). In theory, Americans should see Russian letters in their chat, because. Many languages are built into the OS by default, although I could be wrong here. Americans politely write “english, please”, or maybe they were Russians squinting like Americans. But the expression "english, please" met me 5 times when someone or I wrote in Russian.
  • I managed to communicate with one “compatriot”, with a certain woman89 who came to the American servers: “to neigh and bend down the Americans”.
  • A few seconds before the end of the battle on NA servers, it is customary to write to the chat gg(good game - literally: a good game), you will not see this on RU servers. I'm not even going to say what you can see in the chat after the battle (although no one canceled matfilters, but they don't always save).

These are all the main points that I would like to talk about. I am satisfied with playing on American servers. I even paid for a monthly subscription to get more experience, which, by the way, costs a little more than the same 30 days on RU servers, 414 rubles. on NA against 329 rubles. on RU servers (it is worth noting that the subscription price is tied to the dollar, so prices may change over time).

In conclusion, I would like to wish everyone to run away from the Russian mentality, change their social circle and strive for a better life.

IN American development branch in World of tanks All classes of technology are represented. By choosing this branch, at the top, you can get the medium tank M48 Patton, heavy - T110E5, tank destroyers T110E3 and T110E5, art. installation T-92. The T-57 Heavy crowns the tank development branch with a drum loading mechanism and a oscillating turret. Presented in the American development branch are various modifications of the famous Sherman tank.

Among the tank destroyers present in World of tanks, there are both vehicles with a rotating turret and without it. The tank destroyer 95 is one of the brightest World of tanks vehicles, it has very thick armor, a good weapon and the speed of a turtle, which gave rise to many jokes.

A distinctive feature of most US tanks in WoT are good vertical aiming angles and a thick gun mantlet. If you learn how to shoot at the enemy with only the mask of the gun, you will be able to succeed on American tanks in WoT.

Should US WoT tanks be upgraded?

Good weapons and the absence of frankly bad cars make the American branch one of the most attractive when choosing a development path new to World of tanks. In the development branch of US tanks, there are all classes of equipment, which is also a positive side.

Experienced players will also find a lot of use in American vehicles, skillful use of good elevation angles, combined with good turret armor, will achieve excellent results.
