You can not give whole pieces of meat, but try to disguise it behind cereals, vegetables, sauces.

In order to prepare meat “hedgehogs”, you will need meat (300 grams), rice (50 grams), one egg, onion, carrot, bell pepper. For the sauce you need tomatoes (or tomato paste), onions, carrots, bell peppers, spices, water.

3. Drain the water from the rice, add minced meat, onions, carrots, garlic and a couple of eggs. Mix this mass thoroughly until smooth. In the process, add salt, pepper and, if desired, add a little herbs.

4. From the resulting minced meat, we make round hedgehog bells with our hands and place them in the container in which you will cook in the future - a multicooker bowl, a frying pan or a baking sheet.

By the way, if you cook in the oven, it is better to cover the baking sheet with foil. After cooking, the foil can be thrown away, and the baking sheet will remain practically clean; you just need to rinse it!
