For this salad I use chicken breast. I boiled it in salted water until tender. You can boil thighs or legs. It will also be delicious with smoked chicken (use breast or leg).

Sometimes, for salads, I bake it. The meat turns out more tender, juicier and tastier. But today I decided to boil the meat. Boiled meat should be cooled and cut into cubes.

I took a plate, coated the bottom with mayonnaise and laid out the diced chicken breast. I grease it with mayonnaise. You can apply a “mesh of mayonnaise”.

If you do not want to use mayonnaise, then prepare a sauce from sour cream or yogurt with the addition of mustard and spices (if desired, you can add lemon juice and a little garlic to the sauce).

I bought tomatoes at the market. It is clear that it is no longer the season for fresh tomatoes; they sell greenhouse ones. If you can’t buy a tomato, or you don’t want to add fresh tomato to the Emerald Scattering salad, I suggest replacing it with pickled onions.

1. Separately boil the chicken breast and 5 eggs.

3. Place half of the chopped chicken fillet on a dish and sprinkle with black pepper. The second half of all ingredients (excluding onions) will be used for repeated layers. We don’t add salt, because mayonnaise already has enough of everything: spice and salt.

I did everything in 1 layer at first. We came to the conclusion that the taste becomes more interesting if the layers are repeated.

4. Peel the salad onions and chop them finely. Divide into 4 parts. Sprinkle the first layer of chicken and season with mayonnaise.

If you don’t have sweet white onions, take regular onions, but always chopped, and pour boiling water over them to remove bitterness or marinate in water (100 g), vinegar, salt and sugar (all 1 tsp each) for 10-15 minutes.

5. Three cheeses on a coarse or fine grater. The latter will turn out more tender. Lay out half of it in another layer. A little mayonnaise won't hurt.

6. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, drain the excess juice from them. Divide into 2 servings. We lay out the first portion, sprinkle with the second part of the onion and do not forget to grease it with a little mayonnaise.

7. Finely chop the boiled chilled eggs (5 pieces) and place half on the tomatoes. Remember that we lightly grease each layer with mayonnaise.

8. Peel kiwi, 1 pc. cut into cubes and place on the egg layer, 3 pcs. Still in stock for the top layer.
