Murders in Bitsevsky Park: a new maniac or a tragic coincidence. There is a new corpse in the Bitsa park, the residents scare each other with a maniac The Bitsa maniac has appeared again

What happened? On October 4, the media began to report that two bodies were found in the area of Bitsevsky Park: women with twenty stab wounds and men with their legs cut off.

Then the story began to be actively promoted in social networks. In the district communities on VKontakte (for example, “Overheard Troparevo-Nikulino”, “Overheard Yasenevo”, “Overheard Konkovo and Belyaevo”), various posts on the topic of the murders immediately began to appear. Among users, there was no consensus either on the number of victims, or on exactly how they were killed. Many have claimed to have witnessed the attacks or simply saw people matching the killer's description. Residents of the area where the murders took place continued to spread information about the incident on social networks, mainly on VKontakte and Instagram. Numerous communities and chats were filled with photographs of dismembered bodies that are associated with a new maniac.

Why so much hype around this story? From 2001 to 2006, the famous Alexander Pichushkin was operating in Bitsevsky Park, who committed almost 50 murders in 5 years. A series of terrible murders was remembered for a long time by the inhabitants of the south-west of Moscow, so the media immediately began to draw parallels between the recent murders and the murders of the early 2000s.

In general, such a hype around this story was partly explained by criminologist Mikhail Vinogradov in a commentary for the 360 channel:

People want to be involved in something unusual. People want to increase their value. So he saw - and all the neighbors go to a man who knows everything. This is how the panic starts. One tells the other that he saw the murdered man with his own eyes. This panic will grow. Here, both television and newspapers, who have access to information, should refute this panic. The trouble is that it is very easy to create a panic, it is very easy to maintain a panic, but it is difficult to extinguish it.

What is not clear about this story?

There are many blank spots in history.

Firstly, many write that there were more than two murders. For example, the source of Gazeta.ru from the Moscow Criminal Investigation Department is a young man with a severed head. And the Daily Storm in general.

Secondly, it is not clear what the killer looks like. In the orientations distributed in the South-West, he is described as “a European-type man of 35-40 years old”, and the administrator of the Troparevo-Nikulino community, referring to eyewitnesses, says that the killer has a “typical Asian appearance”.

So the maniac still exists or not? Most likely no. A real maniac always has his own special handwriting, which manifests itself in every murder. There is no such style in the murders that took place in the Bitsa area. So, in the Moscow head office of the Investigative Committee, they believe that there are no grounds to believe that a new maniac is operating in the south-west of Moscow. The fact that conclusions about the existence of a connection between the murders are hasty, ”from law enforcement agencies.

What is happening now? Orientations have been pasted up in the south-west of Moscow, operative-search work is underway. The Union of Chechen Youth expressed its readiness to help investigators in the capture of the alleged maniac. The media continue to publish publications about the maniac. Many universities are concentrated in the south-west of Moscow (RANEPA, RUDN University, MGIMO), so photos with dismembered bodies continue among students on social networks.

In general, even if you live near Bitsevsky Park, you definitely shouldn’t panic.

Maybe he just didn't have time to dismember the girl? Still, this is a difficult and laborious task. Or maybe the murders were committed by two different people. But if 20 knives can still be attributed to a quarrel between a lady and a mentally unstable drunkard (well, or salty), then the potential future maniac definitely arranged the dismemberment. Because to chop (sawing), sorry, limbs and scatter them around the city can only ... Oh, what am I explaining, everything seems to be clear here. The man was clearly enjoying what was happening.

Although the woman died, most likely from a heart attack

The second body in the last week was discovered by law enforcement officers in the area of the Bitsevsky forest park of the park. A passer-by came across the lifeless body of a 68-year-old woman.

Photofit of a suspect in the murder of a woman on Miklukho-Maklay Street.

As it became known to "MK", the corpse of a local resident was discovered on Monday morning by a citizen walking with his pet early on Monday morning. The man noticed that in the forest park in the vicinity of house 1 on Nightingale Proyezd a man was lying in an unnatural position. The pet lover returned to the residential sector as soon as possible and reported the terrible find to private security officers, and he returned to guard the scene (the man used to serve in law enforcement and is now on a well-deserved rest)

For a whole hour I waited for the arrival of police officers and ambulance doctors. The doctors arrived first. Then the law enforcement officers showed up. At first glance, the corpse was without external signs of violent death. Well, the rest will show the autopsy, - he explained.

Previously, an elderly woman died of a heart attack. However, the incident gave rise to rumors about a new maniac in the Bitsevsky forest (the previous one, Alexander Pichushkin, killed more than 40 people in the forest, for which he was sentenced to life imprisonment 10 years ago).

Recall that . On Miklukho-Maklaya Street, a local resident found a package with two male legs, and a head and part of a hand lay on the ground. And in the place where the same street adjoins the Bitsevsky forest park, a woman's corpse cut with a blade was found. Investigators are now looking into whether the deaths are related. A visitor from Central Asia is suspected of committing the second murder, his sketch has already been compiled.

The police are stingy on official comments about what happened so far. The Department of the Russian Investigative Committee for Moscow reported that 2 corpses were found directly in Bitsa and next to the park. According to the agency, on the same day, October 4, a dismembered body of a man was found near one of the grocery stores on Miklukho-Maklay Street and the body of a woman born in 1980, which local residents found directly in the park, in the part that adjoins the streets of Ostrovityanova, Sevastopolsky Prospekt and Miklukho-Maclay.

But a source in the Moscow Criminal Investigation Department notes that there are actually 4 corpses - the TFR decided not to notify the media about all of them.

“Although one death that occurred in recent days in Bitsevsky Park is clearly not of a criminal nature - a 68-year-old pensioner died there from a heart attack, the other three people were clearly “helped” to die. Of these, two are women and one is a man. The following can be said about one of the victims: there was alcohol in her blood at the time of death, and a gas canister was in her bag. The killer inflicted more than 30 stab wounds on her,” the source said, adding that, according to available data, the woman was seriously engaged in martial arts during her lifetime, but so far little is known about her personality. He did not voice her name, so as not to interfere with the investigation.

According to him, parts of the man's body - a torso, a severed head, arms and legs, which were found near a store on Miklukho-Maklay Street - were neatly wrapped in plastic bags. The 3rd corpse was also disfigured after the murder: his head was cut off.

“Now it is difficult to say something specific about them, but, presumably, they were people who led an asocial lifestyle or did not have a permanent place of residence. Now their identities are being established,” he said.

According to another source in the police, it is premature to conclude that all 3 murders are somehow connected.

“In any case, we must wait for the results of the investigative medical examination, and this is not a quick matter. It is possible that a woman born in 1980 was killed during a drunken brawl, although this is not yet fully known. So far, it remains unclear why the offender dismembered the corpse of a man. If we assume that he was trying to cover his tracks in this way, then it is not clear why he left the severed hands along with other parts of his body. After all, fingerprints can identify the deceased,” the source said. He also clarified that over the past summer, several dismembered corpses of men were found in the Moskva River, and some of them could not be identified.

“But this happens regularly, so it’s too early to conclude that another serial killer has appeared in the city,” he said.

On Tuesday, sketches of the suspects in the murders in Bitsevsky Park appeared in the press. One of the sketches depicts a man with coarse short dark hair, protruding ears, eyes with a slight squint. The second portrait is a bit similar to the first, but slightly different: a crooked nose, larger cheekbones, blond hair.

It is worth noting that it was in Bitsevsky Park that Alexander Pichushkin, also known as the "Bitsevsky maniac", operated in the 2000s. According to the police, he committed at least 49 murders, and the maniac himself spoke of more than 60 victims. Pichushkin was a loader, went in for sports, lived near Bitza and knew this park very well. The history of his search is replete with the mistakes of policemen, in connection with which he remained at large for a long time. So, in 2002, a woman whom Pichushkin threw into a sewer manhole miraculously survived, got out of another sewer and ended up in the hospital. The district policeman called to the medical facility was more concerned not with the name and signs of the criminal, but with the lack of registration of the victim and asked her not to write a statement.

After the maniac was caught in 2007, they returned to this case and brought the unscrupulous policeman to justice.

In the same year, the killer threw a teenage drug addict, who lives with the criminal in the same area, into the sewer. He also managed to survive, and after the victim met Pichushkin on the street, he immediately ran to the nearest employee of the internal affairs bodies. But the words of the teenager at that time did not attach any importance. And in 2003, Pichushkin, having taken a significant dose of alcohol, came to surrender to the district police station, but they did not believe him, mistaking the words of a maniac for drunken fiction. At that time, there were about 30 murders on the account of the "Bitsevsky maniac". Only on July 16, 2006, Pichushkin was arrested, and in October 2007 he was sentenced to life imprisonment. The prosecution at this trial was personally supported by the prosecutor of the capital, Yuri Semin. The ex-maniac is serving his sentence in the Polar Owl colony in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District.

“The general practice is that law enforcement officers do not like to officially admit that a maniac has wound up in the city. What worries me in this situation is that among those killed, presumably, there are homeless people and alcoholics. As a rule, maniacs begin their murders with victims who cannot resist either due to physical weakness, or alcohol or drug intoxication. Often such people do not have relatives and stable social ties, and no one will file an application for an unknown disappearance. Establishing the identity of such people will be problematic. Pichushkin, by the way, also often killed homeless people and alcoholics, although not only them, ”a source in the Moscow criminal investigation department said.

Some colleagues of the interlocutor focus on the fact that various offenses are often committed in Bitsevsky Park: robberies, fights, and sometimes murders.

“There are a lot of idiots in the world. So what? It is necessary to take into account what Bitsevsky Park is. When the investigation into Pichushkin was going on, three or four corpses were found there, which had nothing to do with this criminal. But everyone yelled that, they say, the maniac, it turns out, is at large, continues his dirty work, and we “closed” the unfortunate one, ”said Andrey Suprunenko, ex-investigator for especially important cases of the Russian prosecutor’s office, who led the case of the Bitsevsky maniac.

“Now social networks are escalating the situation, but it’s too early to draw conclusions. Even the sketches of those allegedly behind the recent murders are based on different people. Therefore, it is better not to succumb to this hysteria, which, it is possible, is inflated on purpose, ”said a source in the leadership of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

A series of new mysterious murders took place in the south of Moscow. How to understand where and when the killer will appear again? Program creators "Live" tried to penetrate the monster's soul. To do this, they interviewed the Angarsk maniac Mikhail Popkov, who has 84 innocent victims on his account!

10 years ago, the trial of Alexander Pichushkin, the Bitsevsky maniac, took place. And here again, disturbing news from Bitsevsky Park - more than five victims of the same killer have already been found there. On October 3, 38-year-old Galina Ivanova was killed during a walk. There are 28 stab wounds on the girl's body. Galina's friend Valentina Matveenkova came to the "Live broadcast" studio to warn Muscovites how dangerous the current situation is. The woman recalls: “At first we didn’t recognize Galina - she was brutally mutilated. On her body they found a message, a letter from a maniac, which says that he will continue to kill. Moreover, the note was written in Pichushkin’s handwriting ... There are already many victims, more than five, and it's not just women - there are men and boys among them."

The investigation spread the signs of the suspect, made an identikit. But the fact is that these signs can suit every tenth: "A man of 35-40 years old, height 175-183, European type, medium build. Dark brown hair, light eyes. He was wearing a black leather jacket."

Now residents of the area are afraid to return home late. Elena Fedulova, an investigator for especially important cases of the Moscow Region Prosecutor's Office (1994-2009), believes that in the case of the new Bitsevsky maniac there is a criminal suppression of information. “All the details should be covered in the media so that people are warned, they are careful. I am sure that 90% of athletes will refuse morning and night runs in the park if they understand the danger that threatens them!” says Elena.

To penetrate into the psychology of a maniac, the correspondent of "Live" talked to one of the most brutal killers of our time, now serving a life sentence. On account of the former junior lieutenant of militia Mikhail Popkov, according to him, 84 murders. Of these, 22 have been proven. It is believed that the trigger for the massacres was the infidelity of his wife, who influenced Popkov. This is confirmed by his colleagues and relatives. Having learned about the betrayal of his beloved woman, Mikhail set off to "cleanse" society from vice, killing those who provoked him with something, specifically choosing victims of a certain lifestyle, taking out his anger on them.

Snezhana Kozitsyna miraculously escaped death 20 years ago - but Popkov killed her friends in February 1998. The three girls went to visit, and two of them disappeared. A few days later, their mutilated corpses were found. On the head - wounds from an ax, eyes gouged out, fingers chopped off. Anna Motofonova and Marina Chetverikova were only 20 years old...

Popkov has a young daughter. What does he advise her to avoid falling into the clutches of someone like him? "If you have a normal company, you are always taken and put in a taxi. Ekaterina always called me when she returned late. I went and picked her up and her girlfriends."

Popkov does not consider himself a maniac, he says that he does not have an irresistible craving for murder: “I don’t agree with the diagnosis of the Serbsky clinic. I didn’t kill all my fellow travelers, but only those who had something provocative. I was caught in 2012 and I haven't killed since 2010, so I can control myself."

The worst thing is that Popkov does not show remorse at all. Among the guests of the studio, his behavior aroused anger, there were even calls to resume the death penalty for people like him. But not everyone agrees with this, because execution is also murder, only legalized. And this is unacceptable.

What to do to protect yourself from meeting with a serial killer? How to calculate the Bitsevsky maniac? Why is there so little information in the media? The answers to these and other questions - in the program "Live".

Residents of Chertanovo Yuzhnoye, Yasenevo and other areas located near the Bitsevsky Forest are seriously frightened by the appearance of a new maniac in the park.

Three people were killed in Bitsevsky Park in early October of this year, and two of them were disfigured after death. Rumors began to spread rapidly around Moscow about the appearance of a new serial killer in the infamous park. This version is supported not only by the savage method of murder, but also by the fact that the victims were as defenseless as possible - according to investigators, maniacs most often prefer to attack just such people.

Since the beginning of October, 3 people have been killed there, and 2 deaths occurred on the same day - on the 4th. On that day, the legs of a man were found near the forest, and in the Bitsevsky Park itself - the head of a man and the body of a cut woman.

It is known that a cut woman was found 800 meters from house number 44 along Miklukho-Maklaya Street. She lived nearby. There was a pepper spray next to the corpse.

Literally 500 meters from the woman, they found a man's head, and the legs of a decapitated man were found in Konkovo on Miklukho-Maklaya Street. However, according to a source in law enforcement agencies, the police do not link these murders, since the death of 2 people occurred with a large time difference, so there may be several suspects.

On October 9, a corpse was again found in the park. This time it was the body of an elderly woman with no signs of violent death. According to preliminary data, she died due to a heart attack.

In the group on the social network "VKontakte" "Troparevo-Nikulino" posted a picture of the alleged maniac. He looks to be 35-40 years old, and his height is from 175 to 180 cm. Perhaps it was this man who committed the murders on October 4 in the Bitsevsky forest.

On October 10, the administrator of one of the communities on VKontakte dedicated to the Troparevo-Nikulino district told the Govorit Moskva radio station that orientation sheets for the alleged killer were posted on the streets. According to Vladislav Utkin, the suspect is of Asian appearance and of average build. “We saw him recently in Troparevo, he committed all the crimes in the Bitsevsky forest park, and mostly either in the evening or at night,” the source said. He believes that the killer suffers from a mental disorder. “For example, he inflicted 20 stab wounds on a woman, cut off the legs of one of the men. The corpse was dismembered, roughly speaking, ”Utkin explained.

However, a source in the capital's criminal investigation department claims that there are actually four corpses - the TFR decided not to notify the media about all of them. The killer inflicted more than 30 stab wounds on her, ”said the source of Gazeta.Ru, adding that, according to available data, the woman was seriously engaged in martial arts during her lifetime, but so far little is known about her personality. He did not name her name, so as not to interfere with the investigation.

According to him, parts of the man's body - a torso, a severed head, arms and legs, which were found near a store on Miklukho-Maklay Street - were neatly wrapped in plastic bags. The third corpse was also disfigured after the murder: his head was cut off. “Now it is difficult to say something concrete about them, but, presumably, they were people who led an asocial lifestyle or did not have a permanent place of residence.

Now their identities are being established,” he said.

A maniac in Bitsevsky Park scared the locals.

According to another law enforcement source, it is premature to conclude that all three murders are somehow connected. After all, fingerprints can be used to identify the deceased, ”said the interlocutor of Gazeta.Ru. He also added that over the past summer, several dismembered corpses of men were found in the Moscow River, and some of them could not be identified. “But this happens regularly, so it’s too early to conclude that another serial killer has appeared in the city,” he said.

On October 4, a law enforcement source reported that it was premature to talk about a new maniac in Bitsevsky Park. “Even if it turns out that the fragments of the male body belong to one person and he is associated with a woman, then the nature of the crime is more like an ordinary household during the joint drinking of alcohol. Based on the results of the inspection of the scenes of incidents, there is no reason to say that the crime was committed by a serial killer,” he noted. The editorial interlocutor added that in Bitsevsky Park, as in any other large forest park in Moscow, bodies are found regularly: firstly, they most often drink alcohol in the open air, and murders are committed during these feasts, and secondly, bodies are brought there with the expectation that among the trees it is more difficult to find them.

The other day it became known that information about a new maniac in the Bitsevsky Forest was not confirmed. According to preliminary data, a man and a woman, whose bodies were found in the park, were indeed killed during a drunken brawl. They found a large amount of alcohol in their blood.

From 1992 to 2006, Alexander Pichushkin, who received the nickname Bitsevsky maniac, committed murders in Bitsevsky Park. Among his victims are 46 men and 3 women. Currently, the serial killer is serving a life sentence in the Polar Owl colony.
